Desperately need HELP! Silent Install, Multi-user, data folder in LocalService directory

Thank you for your suggestion.
I wasn't sure if I could get help from IBM when InstallShield Tuner involved, but I follwed your suggestion and opened PMR with IBM today. I will post when I get solution for this.
